Satu Rämö (b. 1980) is one of the bestselling Finnish authors of the 21st century. The first 3 titles of her Nordic Crime Hildur-series have sold over 500 000 copies in all formats and first three published German translations of the series have spent many weeks on the Spiegel bestseller list in Germany.

Her fiction debut, Hildur was an instant bestseller that was followed by Rósa & Björk to great acclaim and commercial success. Jakob is the third book in the series, followed by Rakel.
